'Ik was verrast door de netheid en de staat van het hotel. In de straat liggen vele hotels en heb de andere hotels bezocht maar hotel air relax springt eruit. Net en nieuw t.o.v. de andere hotels.'

'Nice spacious room and bathroom with comfortable bath and shower. I would not book it again though because it was way too warm in our room (25 degrees). When I arrived the airco was cooling, when I went to bed it was off. I called reception who told me it was centrally arranged and they could not turn it on again.'

'Great hotel with friendly helpful staff but there is nothing around the hotel. No shops or restaurants and the hotel restaurant is quite expensive with small portions. The restaurant is open gor breakfast at weekends only! Other days its just a small sandwich and a can of sweet ice coffee you pick up at the frontdesk. Overall a good stay.'

'Over het station dus superhandig, restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. Alleen het hotel zelf is echt verouderd, schimmel in de badkamer en lekken van airco op de muur. Ook geen airco in de hal, bij 35 graden voelt het heet aan. Personeel zelf is superlief, vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'

'（带猫回国，非常推荐！）I had a stop in Incheon between flights and chose this hotel. It’s the only hotel near Incheon Airport that allows pets! I came with my cat and had the best experience here - clean, quiet, view of the ocean from my room, super friendly and helpful staff. It’s about a ten minute drive from the airport and you can call for the hotel to pick you up from the airport. There’s a restaurant a couple minutes walk away and a few minutes drive away from Eulwangni Beach. They offer free...

'Very friendly staff. Easy to communicate with via KakaoTalk. They have a free 24-hour shuttle service to and from Inspire Resort which was a huge upside for us as we were there for a few Ateez at the resort. They also shuttle you to and from the airport for only 10,000krw per trip. The room was small but just enough. The bathroom is huge. It’s a little awkward because the bathroom is just a frosted panel separating the bathroom from the beds. It echos. Overall, I would stay again. '

'Pictures are true to the real property. It is in a new development with many restaurants and shops. There is a 24 hr convenient store on the first floor. Very safe neighbourhood. Large suite. We got a loft suite. Good service. Excellent value for the money. '

'Hotel is conveniently located close to Incheon airport. Yeongjong area has a lot of stores and restaurants to choose from. Hotel room is clean and a great deal for the price. Space enough to fit multiple people. Shower is spacious and clean. The only con is the buffet breakfast we paid for; would not recommend and would prefer eating at the convenience store in the hotel. Overall, would recommend staying at this hotel.'
