Excellent response time - we asked for a baby chair and had it in our room within 5 minutes of writing the first chat message. 'Now THIS is a truly well-run and organized hotel! The AC worked well and was very quiet. The design of the room were well thought-out. The bathroom was spacious, with lots of counter space to put all your things. The staff were also professional and friendly. The gym is quite big and well equipped. The trip to the breakfast (which is in another hotel) is a bit long."

Our flight back to Belgium left at 05.00 am. We asked for breakfast to be prepared and this was no problem at all.
Disappointment when opening the bag that this was 1 sandwich, 1 apple and 1 candy.
We stayed at the hotel with 4 people and my studying daughter in Turku came for 3 days breakfast for € 22/breakfast.
Should our flight have left a few hours later, we could have still enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. 1 sandwich, 1 apple and 1 candy does not fill an empty stomach and then paid dearly.

"Thy Spa and the Gym are great. So is the breakfast. Though the closing hour at evening time of both Spa and Gym is a bit early.
We also had a lovely evening dinner and all compliments to the turkish waiter (sorry forgot his name) who really went the extra mile to entertain us with his services."
