'I have stayed here several times in the past. The convenience for me is the hospital being right there. I can get a wheelchair to pick me up and take me to check in for surgery. The beds are comfortable and clean. My room was clean enough. The one thing that they need to do is update the carpets and furniture and paint. It is beginning to look rather worn and old. I will stay here again and recommend them to friends and others.'

'The receptionist behind the desk was rude to me right from the start, wouldn't even answer any of my questions, like she did not have time or something, if she is not happy with her job, get another job, the people in the restaurant was more informational and kind to us. she should be fired in my opinion, but was happy with hotel stay. 'It is close to the NorthGate Mall, which is good and also bad. After dark the area can be dangerous. The good thing is the garage parking. I like to have my room cleaned everyday but that was not the case.'
