'First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused.
