We had just come back from climbing Huayna Potosi and despite looking like backpackers the staff all treated us like their best clients. 'The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The staff are bilingual and helpful. The a/c worked great! The key card only allows you access to your floor, main lobby, and the pool - which was in their spa area. They also have a sauna and a steam room. Breakfast was included and was traditional and yummy. '
