The front desk attendants were friendly and very helpful - they helped us a great deal with translation when trying to arrange delivery of our delayed luggage. 'Cecilia Hotel is incredible! It is a great location for a great price and the rooms are clean and comfortable. But the best thing about Cecilia was the amazing staff! I came to Egypt for a study abroad semester, and I was really scared being in Egypt by myself as a young woman, especially since I had never left my country before. Everyone at Cecilia was so kind and made me feel very safe and welcome in Cairo. They even helped me with my Arabic lessons and with finding an apartment for the rest...

'Transportation from airport was supposed to be included, but we were charged 10 usd extra for it. The taxi driver was very nice to us but, everything was very dirty, old toothbrushes in cabinets, brown shower and baths, old stains on the sink. Very unsanitary and not at all maintained. Would not recommend staying here, the bed was okay but everything else was a very bad experience.'

'Pyramita is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at in my 29 years of life & travel. The service from every staff member is outstanding. Everybody is helpful, friendly and happy. I stayed here with my 11 year old son and he loved the pool. The view from the pyramids on the rooftop is amazing and I spent a lot of time out there relaxing and taking in the view. The breakfast is great for the price & the lovely staff deliver you breakfast in bed which made my hotel stay 100x better. Very delightful...
