'We spent just 2 nights here and it was a lovely stay. Very well located hotel around the corner from the seafront and shops. Checked in by a very nice host and served a wonderful breakfast by his equally lovely wife. Room was comfortable, cosy and quiet. 2nd morning we were offered an Indian breakfast which was as good as the full English on day 1. A great value stay and made to feel very welcome by our hosting family. Thank you.'

'Lovely little hotel we would t hesitate to stay in again. We had a lovely welcome on arrival, and the room was clean and functional. Yes, it’s dated and parts are not ideal but the owner is obviously trying to improve as and when they can and responds to all feedback positively. I think the descriptions of the rooms etc could do to be improved just for clarity, but it’s a minor issue. I’ll definitely be back in the future. '

'We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. '
