'Nice friendly staff, lovely breakfast. Excellent room with 3 single beds. Pleanty of tea, coffee hot chocolate etc. '

'Everything was perfect, except on the last day Sunday 27th july. Service at breakfast was very poor. 5 staff stood talking at reception desk at breakfast and had eaten breakfast before we ask 3 staff for coffee or tea. We waited 20 minutes before we got tea & coffee. Otherwise everything was perfect. '

'Kamer boven de bar. Elke avond luide muziek , die al om 17.00 uur begon .Er zat geen mens in de bar, alleen het personeel! Gasten kwamen om te eten pas 20.00 of later. Maar dat was alleen in het weekend. De andere dagen hebben wij alleen gedineerd of er was nog een ander stel. Op de vraag of de muziek wat zachter kon , deden ze dat wel, maar minimaal resultaat!Verder weinig parking plaats. hebben de auto laten staan alle dagen en met locaal vervoer uitstapjes gemaakt om risico van niet te kunnen...

'In my experience it's unusual to find a hotel that actually feels special to stay in. Two great restaurants, pleasant grounds, welcoming colleagues that seemed genuinely happy. What more to ask for! Slight niggle was that the plumbing was noisy at night with guests about using really frequently but aside from this minor niggle, nothing at all to moan about. Would definitely stay again, looking forward to doing so in future.'

'I have visited the quay on a number of occasions and it just gets better. The location is superb looking over the estuary, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would truly recommend the Quay hotel to anyone and lm sure they would not be disappointed. Shaun the manager runs a tight ship which certainly makes your stay enjoyable in all all departments. Well done the Quay.'

'We had a lovely break with our 2 grandsons. The family room was amazing, with a separate twin bedded room for the boys. Both rooms had en suite facilities too. The pool area is lovely, and the location is perfect for the beach. '
