'The hotel supposedly has a shuttle to pick up people from the airport. But once you arrive from Europe without phone credit or data, there is no way to reach the hotel to request the shuttle. The hotel was not very clean (not awful either). Breakfast was terrible: sugar wrapped in plastic. Area around the hotel not great.'

'Why such a low rating? After a long day at the park, we arrived to check in after 4 p.m. An older woman was at the front desk. She checked us in and, after paying, told us the room wasn't ready and we had to come back in an hour. When we asked if we could leave our luggage in the room, she refused. When we returned after more than two hours, the room was barely cleaned. Otherwise, it was fine.'

'It was the cheapest hotel we could find. Rooms were clean but small. Overall a good value considering the prices in the area. The staff were nice. Some crazy English gal was yelling at them about an ice machine that did not work, as she was using a working ice machine that was working. She tried to get me involved and I said the ice machine is working and this is the cheapest room in Kalispell after all?!?!? It was an awesome Karen moment wish I recorded it. '
