'We really enjoyed our stay here! We were with four people and booked two rooms. Both equally nice: spacious and nicely decorated. It was clean and there is a comfortable, big bed. We thought it would be noisy at night but not at all! Good location too, you can walk anywhere in Pelourinho. Breakfast was superb too, a lot of different products to chose from. My aunt felt sick and we could just order tea for her at night (free of charge).
Only weird thing is, is that the water pressure from the...

'No 24h reception as advertised. We didn't have the front door key, so we had to phone call someone to open the door or bang the door until heard.
Bathroom door doesn't close. The assigned room had the wrong number of beds.
We only had breakfast one of the two days because the cook was away due to low demand. There wasn't any water available on breakfast.'
