'Extremely disappointing experience.
There was no reception, no visible signage, no contact number and no check-in instructions or access code provided. The lack of basic arrival arrangements made accessing the apartment impossible. Such poor communication and organisation are unacceptable for a professional accommodation provider.'

'Absolutely appalling and unacceptable behaviour from the motel owner! We simply wanted to extend our stay for one night, but due to poor communication between reception and staff, the owner turned up at our door without even knocking and rudely demanded why we were still there, insisting we pay first. We had absolutely no issue paying, but his arrogant, grumpy and disrespectful attitude was completely unnecessary. Such disgraceful customer service from someone running a hospitality business! A...

'I wish I could’ve stayed an extra night!
The CABN was so cute! I followed a previous travelers advice and brought my own bath mat as the water from the shower goes everywhere and no one likes cold feet! Unfortunately there was no salt available as stated, so it’s lucky we had brought our own otherwise it would be annoying to drive back to town.
I had magical mornings waking up with the fire and reading a book looking out at the pines. Just wish you couldn’t see the other CABNS! To make it...
