'We got upgraded to the Hermitage because of limited capacity during winter season. It was a nice upgrade in terms of us getting complimentary breakfast but it also meant that we could not cook our own food. There was no kitchenette at the Hermitage. The Hermitage was an old hotel and honestly has seen better days. It is dated but at least it is clean. Breakfast spread was great too.'

'Great cabin/farm style stay. Incredibly cozy, even in the cold and snowy weather we got. Cabin was furnished with everything we needed, kitchen was very nice, shower was great for temperature and pressure, and the spa was an absolute joy to use in the snow! The owners are also a delight - very thoughtful and helpful. Can not recommend this place enough for a high country getaway!'

'Extremely small ,nowhere to put luggage, had to be on already small floor space, danger of tripping, zero storage facilities eg bedside table ( that was some contraption holding the rooms hairdryer and fan and only on one side of bed) . Bathroom had no mirror over basin, no lid on toilet but handrails and accessible shower even though there was no way one could get a wheelchair past the kitchen bench and bed into that bathroom.Overpriced! '
