'Het inchecken verliep niet lekker. Er werd gevraagd wanneer we wilden betalen terwijl er al betaald was. Gelukkig konden we het aantonen maar correcte verontschuldigingen bleven uit'

'Beautiful location with very friendly and helpful people. Our room had a magnificient view over the hills of Altea and Benidorm. The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom.
We had diner in the hotel which was also very nice and good value for money. The breakfast in the morning is very tasty, fresh and lots of choice.
The last part of the ride to the hotel is a bit of a challenging one, so would recommend to arrive the first time in daylight.'

'The pictures don’t do this place justice, really lovely space which is really comfortable and nicely decorated. Also a perfect location for Altea, near the old town, beach and shops. However, the outdoor spaces weren’t too comfortable - the stairs to the upstairs room and terrace were a death trap, and the chairs had been dirtied by birds. Both outdoor spaces had some sort of vent/fan which was quite loud. The check in process was also extremely difficult, and communication was poor.'

10/10 Voortreffelijk
Kleinschalig mooi ingericht familiehotel. Uitstekende service, behulpzaam en zeer aardig personeel. Ons laatste ontbijt was wat karig waarschijnlijk doordat er bijna geen gasten meer waren. Verder prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
