'The room was great with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom as well as a living room. My only issue is that the Wi-Fi did not work and when I tried to bring up this concern, I was disregarded and told that this had not been an issue for any of the other customers, therefore, a solution was not found. Otherwise, the location was ideal and felt very safe, there was always someone at the door to help me call Taxi or let me in and out of the building'

'Proprety in the heart of the city close to all shopping districts, clean rooms, but I don't know if IBIS changed their concept as I was a guest of the chaine I saw that the room very tiny with limited fourniture.no desk no table as usual, no AC control, Parking was hard to find in the begining and hard access. Limited move in the parking also But in general tge stay was fair. The receptiinist was friendly and helpful'

'Leuk om te zien, mooie, schone kamer maar de andere ruimtes worden niet opgeruimd/schoongemaakt. De laatste dag was er bijna niets qua ontbijt (8:00)omdat er een grote groep was geweest. Ze gaven aan dat het niet werd aangevuld, dat vonden wij erg vervelend. De ober is erg vriendelijk. Het kluisje in de kamer moet per dag betaald worden. Receptie wat onpersoonlijk, de dame bij de receptie was erg kortaf en informeerde niet hoe wij het hebben gehad bij uitchecken. '
