'We had some trouble checking in. We booked the property ahead of time, the property called the morning of our stay to let us know our room was not available due to a repair and would love us to 2 or more rooms at no charge. We asked for rooms together and they said absolutely. Then when we arrived, our rooms were on completely different floors. Everyone was very kind, it just seemed like a lack of communication. Everything worked out and we ended up getting rooms at least on the same floor. '

'The staff was amazing!!! Actually beyond amazing. I wish I remembered the young lady at the front desk’s name but she was super helpful. She gave us so many great recommendations for restaurants. The hotel not only offered airport shuttle service but also provided shuttle to local attractions. Saved us money on Ubers. The driver (I believe was named Sam) was just a kind good hearted man. There’s no other place I would think about staying next time while I’m in Birmingham '
