'The staff was friendly and professional. The receptionist was having issues with the computer network and my friend and I were attending the baseball game nearby and she was kind enough to let us drop off our bags in a secure room so we wouldn’t have to wait for check-in until after we got back from the game. That was really nice and outstanding customer service. '

'Came to Inner Harbor for the night, visited the B&O Museum, Inner Harbor restaurant and Fort McHenry. Hotel location was excellent, staff was courteous and attentive, room was nice (bed is a little hard), breakfast was good. The breakfast staff was especially pleasant with their greetings and assistance.'

'Was a bit disappointed that for the price of the hotel, there was no pool, hot tub, spa, sauna, or wven microwave in the room. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable and my back hurt the entire trip, woke up sore every morning. The staff were amazing! The food and drinks were exceptional, but still for what we paid it wasnt worth it. '

'Spacious, clean room with comfortable beds. Furniture aging a bit. Check-in person was not super friendly. Breakfast included and far better than typical. Definitely a good place, great value for the price but obviously not high-end.'

'Everyone I mean Everyone had this wonderfull ATTiTUDE the clean people ,the maintenance people say goodmorning to you, the staff telling you have a good day, When I walk outside I was ready for anything because they made me feel not good,BETTER than Good and I have not felt good in a long time, Staying there was the best thing, I slept for 7 hours straight no interruption, I have not done that in over30 years, No Joke'

'This is not a luxury hotel, but for business travel, it is a solid choice. Walls are solid. I could not hear the person in the room next to me AT ALL unless I was standing right at my door when that person shut their room door. For a hotel that offers free breakfast, the choices and quality were good, but not exceptional. Didn't appear to be anyone wiping off the tables though after someone finished their breakfast. Would have appreciated a pen and notepad in room. Staff was super friendly...
