Landon is a wonderful host and the house itself is great example of fin de ciècle architecture and how it was presented in middle class America at the time. You will never see quarter-sawn wainscoting and crown moulding like this in a conventional rental. 'I liked how it was within walking distance from several things downtown. It also overlooks the river and lots of colors shining at night. Parking was easy, except if there is a hockey or baseball game going on. We ended up using valet parking which worked well. Overall, great place to stay in downtown Toledo. '

'The hotel has a great location. There are many choices for food & attractions nearby. The staff is friendly & the restaraunt onsite is good. One miss - we were not told upon check-in that you must let the front desk know by 1pm if you’d like your room cleaned. We learned that information from another guest. Overall, we would recommend this hotel. '

'The hotel was very clean, current and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the pillows were small and not firm. That could be personal liking but I needed several pillows to be able to lay comfortably.'
