I STAYED A LITTLE OVER A WEEK & THEY WERE CONSISTENT WITH THE CLEANING OF THE ROOMS & THE COMMON AREAS. --THE MANAGER, TANYA, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COMPETENT, & FRIENDLY. SHE WORKED THE FRONT DESK SOMETIMES. I HAD A FEW PERSONAL ISSUES & SHE HELPED ME WITH THEM, & SHE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE. --I WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.'

'Met het hotel is er op het eerste zicht niets mis: we hebben er lekker gegeten; vriendelijk personeel. Onze kamer bevond zich echter naast een ‘mechanical room ‘. Heel de nacht onophoudelijk luid geruis; we hebben geen oog dicht gedaan. Het personeel is er blijkbaar van op de hoogte want ‘we krijgen er regelmatig klachten over’ (?!)'

'Very friendly staff, the young lady at the front desk was super friendly and very welcoming and the chocolate given to us upon arrival was a very nice touch and it was delious! The room was very nice and clean as well as the entire property. Out waiter for breakfast was very friendly and attentive. If I visit Lancaster in the future I will be back!'
