'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'The stay was overall good but the breakfast policy was confusing. I included 3 breakfast meals during my 3 nights stay and the front desk staff explained a breakfast voucher will cover $35 during the whole stay, but another staff the next morning said I can order $35 each day with one voucher. So I did order my 2 meals (avocado toast, fruit plate and a cup of cranberry juice) and the total price was within $35, but they charged me $12 after my stay. '
