'De kamer was in zeer slechte staat. In de eerste kamer was het toilet verstopt en in beide kamers was er geen ventilatie. We moesten de deur naar de gang open zetten als we gedoucht hadden. Condens hing in de badkamer aan het plafond en druppelde naar beneden. Deze druppels hadden een bruinige kleur omdat het plafond ook niet helemaal schoon was. 'I called the day before inquiring about the airport shuttle and was told that I can get on it at IAH Terminal B door 103 or Terminal A door 115. When I got there we landed at Terminal C, so I went to the Terminal B door 103 following the signs for hotel pick up. After 40 mins I called this hotel and was told that they only pick up at Terminal A door 115, because of the construction.
