'Let me preface by saying that the staff that I dealt with during my actual weekend stay were wonderful. However, today I noticed a double charge on my bank account. I called my bank who told to contact the hotel directly. This was the most aggressive and nasty customer service I’ve ever encountered from any one at any level from any business!! A man who CSA is his Michael, referred to himself as a manager spoke to me in the rudest manner and proceeded to tell me that no one else can assist me...

'The Mill Street Inn is perfectly located within a walkable distance to downtown Newport. Would definitely stay here again, the staff was unbelievably nice and so accommodating. Complimentary continental breakfast was excellent! Everything about this hotel is amazing! You won’t be sorry you booked here!!!'
