'Horrible - WAYYYYY under staffed - drove up from Maryland for a nice vacation with my wife, 10 month old and 3 year old - we left our house at 2am and showed up around 11am - asked for early check in? No? No problem, we get it so we hung out until 4pm like everyone else, 4pm - no room, no update 5pm - no room no update - 6pm no room no update - waived a $25 fee for my inconvenience? Cancelled our reservation. Was charged $700 - I won’t have a refund for 7-10 business days

'We have stayed here many times after getting married here in 2020. The splash pad and pool is perfect for our 2 young children. This last stay was probably our least favorite stay. The hotel is under major renovations which we didn't know about until we arrived.
During our stay there was a dryer lint fire that filled the hotel with heavy smoke. my family and I were napping on the 4th floor where the smoke detectors failed to sound. We only got out of the building cause I awoke to the smell of...
