'Resort overall was scenic and the beach was very good. Unfortunately checkin was less than acceptable. Check in was 4pm, didnt get room til 6:30 and there were still many people waiting for their room to be cleaned. To be fair the mgr on duty did waive the resort fee, when prompted. Observed same issue all 3 days we were there. '

'My husband and I have been coming to this hotel every year and have always enjoyed our stays, which is why this year’s experience was so disappointing.
First, I want to recognize Bah at the front desk. She was kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help us. Unfortunately, the manager, Shennae, did not allow her to assist further. Bah was the only bright spot during an otherwise frustrating stay.

'The rooms were clean and had lots of character! We loved the quaintness of this place and it was centrally located to the wharf. The staff were wonderful and they were helpful when we were looking for something special in town. The continental breakfast was wonderful and the homemade apple spice jelly was amazing!!'
