'Overall the stay was good. The photos online are definitely "enhanced", but give the cost of the rooms, I assumed they were. None of that was an issue and the room was clean. The lighting is less than desirable, but it not a deal breaker if we were to return. Bed was nice, sheets clean and super soft. The only issue we kept having was the parking. Oh my gosh, it's terrible due to the restaurant being right there. Our room was 114 so on the back side, right whete the restaurant sits. We came back...

'We had a very nice spacious ground floor room with king bed and large bathroom (suite 7) in the Carriage House annex. It had a view of the main building's rear. It is a nice heritage building. Towels and shower were good. Breakfast offered freshly made hot items and home-made jam of good quality. Friendly staff. Parking in the quiet street in front of the hotel. Breakfast time between 9 and 10 am, a bit too late to our liking. The king bed was a bit too sensitive to a partner's movements in bed....

'Great weekend getaway! Everything about the property itself was fantastic! We would love to visit in the summer so we can swim. Melanie the owner was great at communicating. It’s not far from Fredericksburg. Center Point , is a quiet town so will have to take day trips for exploring. '

'Great little family get away for a few adult siblings and spouses. Thomas was very accommodating when we needed something. Nice place to sit outside and there was hiking close by. We also got to watch the eclipse and the owners provided viewing glasses which was an added bonus. '

'A hidden gem, so peaceful, beautiful… The hostess was so kind and made our stay lovely with her homemade cinnamon rolls. There are friendly animals to feed and enjoy, as well as a beautifully decorated property that shows the love that has been put into it. The chapel is perfection and a great spot to meditate. Highly recommend, as this place is so comfortable and calming. '
