Romantisch Riverfront Cabin Getaway - luxe Hill Country Luxe hut

Beste romantische vakantie 2016/2017 en 2018. Meer dan 200 + 5-sterrenbeoordelingen op onze hutten. Ontspan en word verliefd op deze luxe romantische hut met cabine ligt direct aan de rivier Frio en is een perfect uitje in het hart van het land van Texas Hill. De cabine is energiezuinig en heeft een modern, rustiek ontwerp met een romantische uitstraling. Koude A / C en verwarming het hele jaar door, BBQ grill, vuurplaats, een complete moderne keuken, badkamers en faciliteiten. Rooster marshmallows en Smores boven een vuur achterin of zit onder de sterren en geniet van een heldere donkere lucht vrij van de stadslichten.

Gemakkelijke toegang tot de rivier, wandelen, prachtig uitzicht, kajakken, vogels kijken, in de buurt Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park, jagen, vissen. De cabine heeft het hele jaar door voor elk wat wils met schitterende bladkleuren in de herfst, het hele jaar door vogelen en zomerplezier in de rivier.

River front stay

Property was not as clean as in the past. Washing machine had major mold issue and odorous. Roof leaked in restroom and bedroom developed leak as well. They were heavy rains, we reported to owner who stated he was unaware and would address. Futon will need replacement very soon, stained and uncomfortable. Kitchen fully stocked for anything you need during your stay. Owners are responsive and always helpful.

Great stay!

We had a great time! John thought of everything we might need for our stay- including toiletries, campfire supplies, DVDs and games, etc. the location was great! It was an easy 2- minute walk into a secluded part of the river (not direct, private access, but very easy and visible from the front porch), and, though the water was low, there were shallow places for the little kids to play in and deeper parts for the bigger kids right as you get into the water. John was incredibly responsive and friendly. We highly recommend staying here!

Quiet and peaceful. Amazing night sky with the sound of the river and croaking frogs. Leaky has some great little restaurants. Bent Rim Grill and Gypsy Sally's were great. State parks nearby with good hiking, especially Lost Maples

Soaking in nature

We loved how isolated we were. My kids loved the river that was close to us, not much water in it but enough to enjoy the afternoon. The beds were so comfy! The cabin was equipped w everything we needed, just make sure to grocery shop before arriving because the trip to the nearest store was a ways away. The stars were incredible. I really enjoyed it!

Great weekend trip

We will definitely return to this property in the future. With a 6 & 7 year old the house size and layout was perfect for them to play outside, and although the water level was low we enjoyed hunting for tadpoles and crawfish in the low pools. Host gave great directions on where to find deeper water and what was available in the area. Host was responsive to inquiries and readily messaged me back when I had questions. The house is older but not shabby, it's very comfortable for a weekend vacation and had everything we needed! We have already started planning our next trip with friends, maybe during the summer!

Great hil country stay!

Leaky Frio River trip

Property was stocked very well, clean, and comfortable. The house setting at the base of the limestone cliff overlooking the Frio and Hill Country was fantastic! Very relaxing. We were pleasantly surprised at the conveniences located in Leaky. We were able to find all supplies and groceries that we needed and several restaurants. Looking forward to our next trip to the Hill Country.

Quiet, peaceful, Faced the east so there was shade in the afternoon on the front porch. The kitchen was well stocked with pods, pans, glasses, etc.
