'We had an amazing experience at Casale Margherita. Very easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp, scheduled taxi rides for us to surrounding areas for a fee. The gentlemen that drove us to a surrounding city and again to the bus station the next day was so wonderful, brought us for a traditional Sicilian coffee and cannoli nearby. The pool was incredible. Would highly recommend. '

Ondanks de taalbarrière werd er altijd geprobeerd een gesprekje met ons aan te gaan. Daarnaast is het een goede uitvalsbasis om de Zuidwest kust van het eiland te verkennen. '

Breakfast relied on a bit more processed and pre packaged pastries than I'd like. There was a good choice though and plenty to fuel us for the day. A great stopover. Remote and peaceful.'
