'Nice quiet room (as requested), very clean, friendly desk/cleaning/restaurant staff, great location for business travels (NEC/international railway station). Pay attention: put your bread through the toaster only once!'

'Goed hotel, loopafstand naar de NEC, maar ze hebben in Engeland geen last van hoge enegeriekosten.
Bloedheet op de kamer (24 graden) en niet koel te krijgen. Raam kan op een kiertje, maar dat is onvoldoende. Kortom is slapen door de warmte een drama'

'The location is good, right in the middle of the shopping hubs and event venues, and literally round the corner from the main station.
Shame the same can’t be said for the lifts or the beds! There was one lift out of action, and the other was seriously slow and clunky. And the beds were hard and lumpy and not very comfortable.
When it came to checkout, there was no-one on reception to check you out, so there was just a big pile of keycards thrown on the desk, and no option to leave your case in...

'This is a new hotel. Rooms well appointed and there is a very helpful lift. Adequate parking is available outside.
The breakfast is excellent and is restocked regularly.
On the down side. They could do with a better stocked bar. There is not much choice of food places in the area. The pub opposite is very noisy and busy. Everywhere else is a drive. Most nights we went into the hotel next door for beers etc. so that is another possibility'
