'The condo is clean, next to a great swimming and snorkel beach, and has everything you need (pots, dishes, towels etc.). The property itself is old and needs some work, but the condo has been remodeled beautifully. I would recommend a small AC unit for the hot afternoons, but the evenings did cool off nicely. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again!'

'If only we could have stayed longer! We had booking the glamping unit, but because of water issues Theresa switched us to the Bungalow, which was so cosy. She agreed alternative breakfast arrangements as we had to leave early on checkout. We only had time to meet the chickens and ducks at the doorstep, but we saw the donkey and goats sheltering from the rain! I would definitely recommend staying here if you're making a trip to Volcano NP. '

'If you want an experience and not a hotel, this is a good place to consider. Don’t complain if you wanted a Marriott; it’s not the Marriott. The hostess and host are kind and genuine. The lodging is nestled in a neighborhood, but it feels almost like a jungle. The shower is outside and is reasonably private. 'Hands-down the best place we stayed during our 2.5 week trip to Hawaii! Barry and Jim were wonderful hosts, we were greeted by Barry as soon as we arrived!
