1. Hotel Bristol
Hotel BristolSaas-Fee

'The place is currently 20 feet from a major construction site (Next Door). The construction workers started everyday at 7:00 AM and lasted almost until 7:00 PM (19:00). In the morning you get "wiped off your bed". We think that it is very unfair that the responsible for this site posting did not indicate anything. No one wants to go to the Swiss Alps to be bothered with heavy noise everyday. We complained about it at the local tourist office where we have been informed that this construction is...

'Thankfully this wasn’t my first trip to Saas-Fee or I’d never go back…
I’ve been going for more than 10 years and we have a place in the village but needed somewhere bigger to accommodate family.
Topline… the place is well past its sell by date and the interaction with the hosts - Saas Holidays - wasn’t great.
On arrival we had our apartment number on our booking and told the concierge on the phone. He said that he didn’t have the booking reference so as long as we had the number on our...

'The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. The bed (although not the pillows) was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was...
