'The front desk staff allow me to check-in on 3.45 pm while I already inform them that I will check in at 1 pm if it's possible. Need to wait for quite sometimes for them to prepare the room. Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. Other amenities provided are good, iron is provided as per request. '

'Nice hotel. Bit away from the centre. So best if you have a car or use taxis. Saying that there is a good food hall next to the hotel. As well as bars and cafes. Together with a near by shopping centre. Staff are super friendly and helpful. So yes I can recommend this hotel. '

'Customer service was great. However cockroaches were observed almost everyday in the room. Rats running around above the ceiling. Pigeons noise from above ceiling day and night. Should offer more breakfast options other than just vegan nasi lemak and sandwiches. Door sound insulation was bad. Add a door bottom seal could probably improve the sound insulation as well as sealing bottom gap and prevent cockroach entering the room. The room also didn't have telephone to call the front desk. '

'Op de weg naar het resort toe bekroop ons al een slecht gevoel. Je rijdt langs een snelweg en komt in een woonwijk waar niets gebeurt en die een trieste uitstraling heeft. Ook het resort heeft deze uitstraling. Slecht onderhouden, gedateerd en compleet afgezonderd zodat je ook niet even snel naar een leuk plaatsje kan. Wij zijn speciaal gegaan voor het oran oetang eiland en dit is werkelijk waar het enige positieve van deze plaats. Onze kamer was erg vies en nadat we dit hebben aangegeven...
