'When I booked this hotel room - the photos used was showing rooms overlooking the pool in different angles.
I booked the room and paid a non refundable payment.
I assumed that we would get a similar looking room with that view as that was what was what they were showing, that’s why I picked this property.
A day before arrival I was told this was not the room we would be getting. I did inform them that that was what I booked as per their photos, they said “sorry but as it’s fully booked they...

'The Cotton Beach complex has a number of apartments which may differ slightly and so what you may experience may be slightly different from ours. Our apartment was very well appointed, very clean and had lovely views over the hills behind the coast. There were no major issues, although the lift was out of action on our final day there which may have caused problems for anybody with impaired mobility - the stairs were steep and wet on the day in question. There is some nice walking along the...

'First impression of wow held for a very relaxing stay.
The forest location and beautiful building made a great atmosphere for playing with art, food, and conversation.
Great shiatsu treatment was well complimented by a soak in the spabath in our room.
Very accomodating hosts.

'We booked for 5 nights at the property, when we turned up after driving over 3 hours we were unable to get in. After calling the Agent we were told there had been a mistake in the booking and the accommodation was double booked. The Agent managed to secure alternative accommodation, 15 km away, which was entirely unsuitable as we had packed for self catering in an apartment with all facilities, the offer that was made was a studio in a hotel complex with no cooking facilities and the only...
