'The staff was friendly, engaging, and accommodating. Though it seemed that since I was a local I had to put down a deposit. Plus I was given a subpar room that by the indents in the carpet, had recently had the table taken out of it and pictures taken off the wall. Also it was right next to the stairwell. Though the reration area; pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room were all perfect . So as long as you're not a local your chances of getting a five star stay are increased.'

'The employees from the front desk to the restaurant/bar server to the Shuttle drivers were exceptional and so kind and cheerful. They even picked us up at the car rental shuttle office the night before so we could go back and drop off our car to then use the shuttle to the airport, which started as early as we needed, in our case, 3:30am for a 5:20am flight. Best place we have stayed in a long time. Highly recommend this hotel. '

'Ik heb vijf aaneensluitende dagen verbleven in dit, net gerenoveerde hotel. Het personeel is uitermate gastvrij en vriendelijk en het hotel is praktisch schoon en is centraal gelegen aan de uitvalswegen I 40 EN I 25. De hotel airport shuttle gaat tot 19.00uur, maar tóch werd er een oplossing gezocht om mij van het vliegveld te halen en naar het hotel te horen toen ik om 20.00uur op het vliegveld aankwam. '
