'Overall good experience. Room missing a kettle, toilet roll and was missed one day for a room clean. Breakfast buffet could be better. Same everyday. Juice and coffee were poor quality. You are not allowed to take any drinks or snacks to the pool area, they make you sign at check-in or risk being fined. '

'Adorable Hotel in Vlores’s City Center. Conveniently located.! Staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. Room was comfortable, pillows were awful. I just don’t understand the expectations of showering in those small showers with the tiny glass partition and having to step out to a completely drenched bathroom floor. And if you have a big butt it won’t fit on the toilet that is jammed up against the shower glass partition.'

'Sono stati gentilissimi, arrivati in hotel ci hanno dato un upgrade ad una suite !!! avevamo dimenticato una felpa in camera e 2 giorni dopo, quando ce ne siamo accorti, e abbiamo telefonato, hanno trovato la soluzione per farcela arrivare a Tirana prima del nostro volo , e si sono pure preoccupati a telefonare per assicurarsi che tutto sia andato bene, oltre qualsiasi aspettativa !!! 'This is an excellent hotel. Very comfortable. The level of cleanliness was beyond anything that I have seen. It looked brand new. Breakfast was excellent too. A variety of fresh food with fresh fruits and vegetables too. Convenient location with stores and restaurants close by. Helpful staff. Very safe Area. Improvement: This is typical for Europe, but the open shower soaks the bathroom floor. The music being played by one of the restaurants or people was very loud on Saturday night. '
