'Upon entering the twin room there was only 1 towel....the bathroom was basic at best..no shelf space...half broken toilet seat...and not sure the bathroom was ever cleaned. The bed linen looked not very clean....walls had stains everywhere...carpets were very dirty. It was more a hostel, than a hotel.'

'The Staff are outstanding. The cleaning staff is prompt and thorough and the hotel is very clean and tidy. The stars of the show are the dining staff. Regardless of the demands from visitors they are happy and willing to serve and keep track of meeting customers needs. '
