'1) I was misled that parking was “on site” this was only for valet parking $40/night. 2) was shocked breakfast was for a free. Usually with holiday inn it is included 3) valet guy was awesome and helpful 4) I was given a room off the elevator facing the street and it was LOUD all night long. I could hear ambulances and cars and music from outside which kept me awake most of the night.'

'What a great place to stay in Savannah! We had a beautiful room. The hotel bar and restaurant were beautifully decorated and the courtesy cocktail was much appreciated. 'The room was clean and remodeled. The breakfast was only fruit, bread, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. The workout room was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned as the towels hadn’t been washed, the mats were filthy, the toilet didn’t flush, and there were no wipes to clean the equipment off. The rooms did not have microwaves and the one in the lobby was leaking water. The only ice machine was on the main floor and there was only one elevator.'

'A non smoking hotel however…We had to be moved to a different floor due to the floor and our room smelling of marijuana. The room we were moved to was clean but the stench of stale cigarettes permeated . That was a deterrent in any high ratings i would give. Desk clerk was accommodating to move us to a new room, as stated, it had a stale cigarette stench. We will not stay here again. I also used Expedia thinking it was the best price.. $167. In looking at the Glo website the same room was $90'
