'Very good but no food in walking distance'

'The room was great and very comfortable and we loved the location. I was very put off by the lack of service and irritating policies and signs. We were driving to Wilmington and had made plans to visit with friends in Pawleys Island on the way up. The Verandas only has check in from 4 to 5 pm so I sent a message to say we would not arrive until 6:00. No response so I called them. They said I would receive an email from them giving me a link to provide my ID and credit card images. I thanked them...

'Nice large rooms with plenty of amenities. Good breakfast. You are asked to park on the street half a block away, but the area is very safe. The hotel is operating out of a old historical house. I have to climb up 3 flights of stairs to reach my room. Do not recommended it for travelers with disabilities. '

'My sons and I stayed at the Aloft for Mother’s Day weekend. Joshua was the reception on duty when we arrived, his customer service was phenomenal. Joshua truly exemplifies professionalism and he was extremely courteous. Gabby was the reception when we departed and she was extremely professional as well. Thank you for an amazing stay! '

'We loved this hotel. Our hotel room was huge. They used a lockbox because we showed up late. Super helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Also probably a great place for a wedding or other event.'

'Beachfront on Wrightsville Beach. Can't get better than that! Indoor/outdoor pool, lounge chairs on beach deck, music, hammocks, happy, bright atmosphere. Friendly, professional staff. Clean room, comfy bed, great shower. We'll definitely be back'

'Prima hotel, wel verkeerde kamer eerste nacht maar was snel rechtgezet. Bij schoonmaak werd bed niet opgemaakt en dat was jammer. Ontbijt redelijk, beste was dat je eieren naar wens kon bestellen. '

'It was a wonderful place, however carolina beach definitely over sells what they have to offer. I also felt very offended by the host of property. She texted me and basically accused us of leaving condo in an unsatisfactory condition, in whi h we left a day early because of a family emergency, and i did accident leave a pan in stove and microwave. But not one of us had gummy bears, moved any furniture. But she messaged me saying her house keeper cleaned unit for 7 hours which had to be a lie...

'My bed was very comfortable and the room smelled so good'

'Had a very nice stay. The rooms were very nice. We had a beach view balcony room. The elevator and hallwayd could have been a little cleaner, and I found it hard to believe with the price of the rooms that they want to charge you for using a chair on the beach!!! Not cool!!! Other than that, everything was pretty good. '

'I have been coming here for several years beginning around 2012 and love it. It is quiet, the scenery is beautiful and the rooms are lovely.'
