'The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this condo on the river. Close to everything downtown. The Battleship USS North Carolina anchors right across the river with a view from the balcony. The washer and dryer make cleaning clothes easy. Everything you need is in the comfort of this condo. A separate bedroom is great because I get up early and my wife gets up later. No arguments here. Central location to everything whether it is the beach, the stores, or downtown, you are less than 20 min to all. only thing i would say was one of the front desk staff women at night was not friendly at all upon arrival which was kind of disappointing but other than that, the rest of the staff was very pleasant. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone coming to Wilmington !'

'Elevator was broken the pool was not in operation. Overall is was a good stay. Breakfast was good variety of choices we were able to move from the fourth floor to the second floor. Which helped me a lot since I have a weak left side and is very hard on me going up stairs. '
