The location was awesome, a quick walk to the beach and not far to all the Surf City things we love! The house was clean, check in was a breeze, and the hostess was super responsive! 'This beach house worked out perfect for our family get together! It was exactly how the pictures showed it. The view was amazing and everyone enjoyed sitting on the top deck to watch the ocean. Having the linens and bath towels & beach towels provided was a big help. It had a fully stocked kitchen and a big bonus for us was having a second refrigerator. 'Overall this was a very good property. It was very clean and the communication and check-in process was extremely easy. The location to the beach was super close... Just a short walk to the public access #3. The chairs on the deck are really nice, but in the morning and early afternoon the sun is very strong, so some umbrellas would be really helpful.
