'Perfect location, walk out to the beach. Building was noisy on the weekend when other units were rented. Some of the furniture (outside) and utensils was needing repair/replacement. Amenities says kayak/canoe - reached out to owner to determine if this was the rental across the street but they never replied. Lots (too many) automated emails upon booking, but owner did not respond to my emails.'

'What an amazing property. I am So glad I found it! We came down from NY to pick up our daughter from UNCW and also attend a 40th birthday party in the area. This house was amazing for my family of 7 (grown kids). There was enough beds for everyone with room to spare. Everything seemed new. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Special little touches everywhere. Makeup wipes, shampoo and conditioner in shower like a hotel, coffee with creamer and even little stirring spoons! My daughter...

'This house is very chic, modern and so nicely decorated. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our girls weekend. Each room is nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. The beds are so comfortable. We were in close proximity to everything in Surf City. You can tell the owners of this home take pride in their condo unit. We would definitely recommend and come back here.'

'Beachfront! Are you kidding me? And amenities, all we could ask for. Now the down side. Lavatory basin in master bath slow to drain, third step from bottom on stairs loose. Thanks to my bad knee, stairs not really stairs but ladder, which means don’t expect to see me there ever again. Nonetheless, a superior location, facility. My adult daughter fell in love with Topsail Beach, the sand and surf, or perhaps the margarita at the Mexican joint up the road. Thanks for everything! Tom Alexander'

'I was very impressed, everything was so clean and it looks exactly like in the picture. It would be perfect for a small family. I definitely would recommend staying there and I will be staying there again!'
