'Beautifully updated. On the beach. The deck was great and spacious with lots of seating area both sun and shade. Deck was fairly new. Could tell the house was surrounded by memories of loving family. Owners were very kind and helpful. Was the perfect stay!'

'Nice little place, love the outdoor shower! Kitchen upgrade would do it justice. The wording on the site may lead some to believe there are 3 sets of bunk beds, not necessarily one that has a trundle bed to make 3. No worries from us we made it work, large couch. Maybe a rooftop porch or tower would give you a great view! Thanks for a great stay!'

'I really like the location, the house don't get me wrong was fine, just outdated on appearance, I feel like they could do so much more with the place, to make it more inviting.something to make guests feel happy when they wake up, just decor we was drab . Location is perfect outside shower with hot water perfect, area to wash off beach chairs and umbrella great, view is great too. We had a good vacation.'

'This was our first stay at Topsail and we absolutely loved it. The house was clean and is only a short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Jean and Susan were both a pleasure to communicate with and made sure that everything was good after we checked in. We will definitely stay here again when we make it back to Topsail. '

'Overall we had a fantastic time and the location was great. The management office responded quickly to issues. What you should consider when renting this property. You will need to bring your own amenities (soaps, shampoo's, toilet paper wouldn't hurt, trash bags, charcoal, matches/lighters, and utensils for grill). We left the lighter in the drawer next to the stove but it won't last long. There were a few issues where cleaning crew are taking shortcuts (such as the A/C air filter had not been...

'Great quiet section of the beach, super quick walk for third row. Beautifully renovated and nicely decorated. Super clean, plenty of nice towels, comfy beds. A/C worked great. Nice outdoor shower and indoor conditioned basement area to drop all your beach stuff. The only improvement would be some hooks in the basement to hang up towels and swim suits. One of the best beach houses we've rented. '

'The family loved the house. Very spacious and clean. We had 8 adults and it was very comfortable. I loved having the keyless door. The deck does need more higher chairs too sit and watch the ocean.
