'The housekeeping staff stood right outside my door Sunday morning at 8 am very loudly. Woke me up. I wasn’t sleeping very well so it seemed like I got zero sleep. Problem is when I complained, nothing changed. They stayed talking in the hallway for about 30 mins. Not normal for Hilton brand. '

'The hotel was nice, but not up to the expected standards. There was only one elevator working, the breakfast was fair, the pillows were miniature, and the A/C was noisy. Theses are minor, I know, but somewhat agravating. The guest, (which was not your fault, were slaming doors until 2AM.'

'It’s at the beach. What more do you really need to say . The whole point of this property is that it is beachfront. Your room has a view of the beach. Your balcony has a view of the beach and you’re literally steps away from the beach. Due to the humidity, you do get a bit of an odor in the room. Kind of musty. But clearly the air conditioner is too large for the space. So that makes it a little worse for the humidity and the clamminess in the room. And the air conditioner is very loud. While...
