'On arrival the room was not ready. So we came back TWO hours later. The booking could not be found by the hotel. Although I showed the confirmation to the manager she kept her doubts. We had paid in advance to Hotels.com. The restaurant was okay. The corridor and hall had several steps and were not lit in the evening. No hot water for a bath. Manager not to be found until 8 am. It was soon fixed. On checking out the only comment from her side was sorry sorry. We will never book again through...
