'The room was very clean and comfortable! The neighbourhood was safe and calm. Our airline had lost our luggage, and Euphran, the manager of the property, was incredibly helpful and so lovely! We do not speak arabic so he helped us communicate with everyone involved and successfully got us our luggage back :)'
