'We chose this hotel based on the information on their web site and Expedia. Both used the words LUXURY it is not, the room was no more better than a Holiday Inn Express to be honest. The bed was nice, the t.v. nice. Here were our probelms : Desk Chair would not stay in a lock postion, kept going down to where it was impossible to sit in and do work on the computer had to use bed pillows to place in the chair and sit on those to get the height needed to work. Elevator shaby and very very slow,...

'Hotel is very nice and the staff and service are very good. But they don't tell you in advance that the Night Owl Suite, which is one of their more expensive rooms, is across the street from loud music that goes until 2:00 in the morning.'

'Everything about this place was excellent, except the check in process. We received several text messages/emails prior to our stay about how we would receive check in information 30 minutes prior to check in time but it never came and then we had to start making calls and finally got in after about an hour. There is a disconnect there that was confirmed by the individual who finally got us the instructions. That being said, the space was wonderful and had everything we needed including...
