'We booked last minute when we were able to get away for a few days. The home is a little older, but well maintained and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being on the canal and even had manatees vist one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and away from any busy roads. We would definitely recommend to others.'

'The pictures didn’t lie. The layout of the house fit so well for all of our ages. It exceeded most of our expectations. The pool was so fun for all. The game room brought all together at night. Kayaking the canal was a great experience. Our grandson’s highlight was catching the Garfish. Being able to spend time together with our family at this very accommodative location will be a treasured memory.'

'This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The unit was clean, artfully decorated, and very comfortable. The lanai looks out on the largest canal in Cape Coral overseeing boating activity, kayaking and paddle boards. You see the occasional dolphin and other fish swimming by. The property managers/owners could not be more gracious and accommodating! We hope to stay there again in the near future!'

'We had a wonderful Girls Get Away. We relaxed by the pool and hot tub. We watched the basketball games out on the patio. That was so nice. We had a minor issue with the hot tub and the property manager came right over. She was absolutely wonderful! So very helpful!!! It was just a wonderful place to be together and spend time talking and hanging out. Just what the doctor ordered!'

'We hebben 11 nachten met een gezin van 6 verbleven en de villa is compleet uitgerust en zeer verzorgd. Contact en betaling gaat vlot. Aanrader voor elk gezin! Wij zouden zo weer boeken. Super easy booking and check in process. Forget something? Trust me, they thought of it. Lovely decorated house (super clean!) with a great layout and gorgeous view of the outdoor living space and pool. Access to kayaks and paddle boats. Good fishing and so fun to feed the turtles. Very quiet neighborhood that we took walks...

We had person with a walker staying with us and it was very accessible for her to get around and shower with the zero entry shower.'

We messaged the agent who said there had been cold weather and previous renters did not put cover on pool and it would take about two days to heat up again. This was very upsetting for young kids to hear. I feel like there should be pool maintenance suggestions in info book for renters. 'Very disappointed that the property had extensive damage to the external house and missing simple items like wash cloths, hand towels, pillows and wine openers. The house was advertised as having a pool table, massage chair, heated pool and boat rental which none of these things were available. The refrigerator and ice maker were also broke. Had difficult time getting correct code to get into house. Very disappointing'

'New to VRBO. Loved this house, decor, pool, and hosts. Comfortable King bed, great pressure and hot water in the showers, pool and lanai made the difference. The first day was chilly but the heated pool allowed us to not miss a pool day. Highly recommend this house and hosts.'

'I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It was very nicely upgraded with very comfortable beds. The master bathroom was awesome! The shower had great water pressure! Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property.'

'We stayed there for four days the week before Christmas. Property was fine for 2 small kids as it had a pool and was a short walk to a beach area. The pool was heated though it never got above 77 degrees, but the kids didn’t seem to mind. The house had beach toys that were a hit during the week as well.
