'The apartment was cute but hardly finished. 2nd bedroom had all kind of pictures and things that made it look rushed to the market. The fees added on we exorbitant and made the actual price 2X the internet show price we will be inquiring as to gouging No beach chairs just 3 stadium chairs We were not made aware of the total reconstruction of the island and should have been. Other than that Sanibel was beautiful'

'I was somewhat disappointed with the outdated/dirty furniture. Seems when its cleaned its just the basics. We ended up having to wipe off the coffee table and dining table. Nice condo but very outdated. If you updated it it would be excellent. Very easy to check-in. Great beach and very easy to access it.'

'If you are looking for an amazing Sanibel condo in extreme close proximity to the beach, this is the one! We couldn’t believe how amazing Walter’s condo was. We were very satisfied with how Sanibel Holiday Rentals went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Shelling was great right on our beach. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas are provided. The condo was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We stopped at Publix to pick up groceries before going on island...

'Our stay was excellent and the hosts were very quick to respond and provide assistance. Location and views are incredible and the condo has been newly remodeled and was in excellent shape! Note that there is still plenty of hurricane damage in the area and work is being done in certain areas around the lovers key property, the lovers key resort is far better off than many other nearby properties though. We love this place!'

'This place is beautiful and clean! I didn’t find anything wrong with it. It even has a comfortable bed! So many dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. Easy in and out. The balcony looks out over the the ocean from the 11th floor. If you’re an early riser you will see the dolphins playing right in front of you! The beach is lovely to sit on or just appreciate from above. We will be back for sure!'

'This was our first time staying at Fort Myers Beach. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. The nearest Publix was just 2 miles away so easy to zip to and fro. Loved the proximity to the ocean front and the pool area was very nice. If one could look past the rubble of Ian and block out the noise of reconstruction, it was nice. We were forewarned so we were not upset at all by this just taken aback by all the devastation. Leaving the island was nightmarish, but I think that is par for...

'Hyatt Coconut Plantation is een absoluut top resort . Geweldig complex met veel groen . Onze dochter van 5 heeft zich geweldig vermaakt in de zwembaden . Vooral de Lazy River vond ze super ! Grote , schone kamers met een lekker ruim balkon . Service is ook geweldig . Ik zou zeker terug gaan naar Coconut Plantation ....!'

'Wat een fijn hotel. Fietsen die je (gratis) drie uurtjes mag meenemen om door het stadje te toeren. Super centraal gelegen. De service bij aankomst was geweldig. Een dame met knot was super vriendelijk en regelde dat we nog snel een hapje konden eten ondanks dat het laat was. Groot contrast met de dame met lang grijs haar die ons uit checkte. Nogal een kil afscheid. '
