'Zeer grote kamer en prima bed + matras. Zeer leuke bar. Minpunt: bij diner was de zaak voor 60% leeg en ik kon geen tafel alleen krijgen. Werd redelijk brutaal afgesnauwd. Barman was wel zeer attendvol en vriendelijk. '

'The place was nice, as usual. But it wasn’t a « Fairmont » experience as usual. Usually, Fairmont staff pay attention to all the little details to make our stay «  a special experience ». I asked 2 employees for two special requests, no big deal thing and they didn’t do anything for me. I was a little bit disappointed. '

'Staff was close to be rude; seemingly staff didn't welcome questions about the ressort, it' facilities. We were placed in a building without lift, and without help to carry suitcases. Rooms are well designed and comfortable. Pool is closed due to lack of staff '
