'Great place! Very convenient with their shuttle service! The rooms can have some good deep cleaning, such as washing the curtains, cleaning the sticky carpet, and take the hair out of the drain of the shower. For $500 a night I would have expected at least that! '

'It was good, however it would be nice to get coffee in the morning down in the lobby, Also when i got out of the elevator there was a homeless running after me for money, i reported to front desk, they said security was on the way, but the room was supet nice & clean & amazing '

'The outlets on either side of the bed did not work. I have a C-Pap machine, so I needed to plug it in. We called the front desk and they sent a maintenance person to the room. He had to get an extension cord and run it across the room so I could have power. It took about 40 minutes. '

'Very good stay. Very nice inside and good rooms. Very central in Detroit. Reception staff very good. Concierge very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the house keeping. Had to ask for housekeeping 3 times and when they did attend, they brought new towels and left the old dirty ones, did not make up the beds - just dropped off coffee and towels. Spoils a very good hotel.'

'It was a great stay...the only complaints is that the pillows could be upgraded..and maybe figure out the issue with the cable as the cable kept going out saying error no signal. Other that the room was clean and comfortable..shower was hot. Definitely will come back!!'

'My hotel king bed, two-room suite was fabulous. The 2nd room had a queen or king pull-out sofa bed. A 55" flat-screen tv in both rooms. There was a fridge and microwave hidden behind a closed-cabinet door. Also coffee and bottled water. A clean, spacious bathroom that came with enough towels, body lotion and soap, shampoo/conditioner, and blow dryer. No shower cap. Also bedroom closet came with a safe, iron and board. There was a choice of in-room or restaurant dining. The stay had a...

'Stay was great! Conveniently located near expressway, many restaurants within walking distance, perfectly suited for our overnight stay after show at the Fisher. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have parking provided, but not surprised due to being in a city setting; although happy that we were able to use the parking structure attached to building. Would stay again if in the area in the future. '

'They switched us from times square to new central but the communication was up to date and excellent! The space they put us in was fantastic. we only had 2 issues: 1. I made it apparent that there were 3 guests, but we only got one key fob. 2. Our living room table broke the first night after putting only a plate and cup on it. Not getting security deposit back obviously '
