'We stayed one night at the Rennaissance Richmond. The lobby is under construction but we didn't hear any noise from constructions. Normally staying at the garage cost around 15 a day which seems a lot in this area. The fee for the wifi is also quite high. Rooms could use an upgrade. Guest services were helpful and friendly.'

'From The moment we got there the Experience was everything. We received clear instructions on arrival. Communication was excellent. Both apartments were clean and inviting. I didn’t hear any noise being it was very quiet. The apartment is true to description. The apartment is fully furnished on down to trash bags and dish soap and many more amenities. They had great communication, place was clean and had everything we needed, the entire community was really nice and quiet. We ended up extending our stay by 2 days and they made that process fast and easy. It’s extremely dog friendly too. '

'I would not recommend staying here. You have to pay a deposit and a cleaning fee outside of hotels.com. It took over a month to get my deposit back because there was some sort of "issue" with their system or so I was told.. As for the apartment, it was ok but not as clean as I expected it to be, and especially for the amount charged. There were slats missing on the blind to the balcony door so anyone in that area could see in. The bed was the cheapest bed I have ever seen in my life. And it was...
