'The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. They recommended wonderful sightseeing spots based on the amount of time we had, which made our visit even more enjoyable. 'Easy check-in, very helpful staff with clean and spacious rooms. Will def stay here again when we visit Florence. Will also recommend. Great place for a family of four.'

'It was great spot, nice clean and very comfortable units. However booing it though Expedia was a disaster, no phone number or any other arrangement made and we arrived at the property hoping to have someone help us checking in. Eventually a shop next to the appointment contacted the property management and she kindly came again and provided us with all details. Every thing else after was fantastic.'

'Apartment was big but the AC was not enough to cool the entire appt. Temperature was very hot in the bedroom, it was only acceptable in the living room. Also properly pictures shows it had a washer in the bathroom and that was not the case. That was really disappointing because we reserved this place because of that.'

'Love the area. It’s in the City Center. Walkable on most of the tourist spots and I love it that it’s walking distance to Duomo. The only complaint I have is the check in process. We got in the apartment and I still didn’t get an email how to get the keys. We need to call them to help us how to access the keys. And also they only provided 1 set of keys considering 5 people staying on the apartment. I requested extra keys before our check in but wasn’t accommodated. 1 more complaint...

'This place needs some improvement. There is no physical check-in. Everything is done virtual and the link they shared with me didn’t work at first. You need WiFi to open the doors the first time. Also the keys get jammed and it’s hard to open them. There is no elevator in the building and the room is in the 4th floor. The rooms were dirty and the bathroom had mold. The whole apartment smells like humidity when you walk in. There was only one small mirror (bathroom mirror) in the whole apartment....
