'It is a perfect place to stay and visit Viareggio/Lucca/Florence/Sienna and drive all the small roads in between. The cottage itself is great. The pictures on the site make it small but it is nice and wide. Big enough for 2 people to stay, nice terrace, nice complete kitchen, big and great bathroom. Bedroom is spacious and linked to the bathroom. The driveway to the cottage is movie worthy. We loved it and if possible we will return in the near future.'

'Could not have asked for more the grounds, the house, the hostess, the surroundings . . . All just beautiful and wonderful. Felt like I could have spent a month there. The hostess was so nice and so helpful. On the last night we had the chef and owner from a local restaurant, Mimo come and cook for us. It was like a movie. He was such a good cook, so nice. Sat down and talked to us and had a glass of wine . . . It was wonderful, felt like we had a much better understanding of Italy.'

'14 days of use of this beautiful location. The photos shown are as reality is. Every day it was breathtaking to look out over the Tuscan landscapes from the balcony. As for the service at both check-in and check-out as well as during the stay, this is done neatly! Very friendly people! La cucina e'ben fornita e non c'e'nulla che sia risultato fuori posto. La piscina e'la chicca del villaggio e l'abbiamo utilizzata tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno. 'We had a very nice stay at Tre Acque. A perfect location and pretty house. It is very well equipped with everything you need. Our daughters ( 18, 21, 24 years) had each enough privacy as the rooms are spread out . The outside cold shower is very nice and convenient. The WiFi is good. The contact with the owner is quick and friendly. In summary a perfect stay on a very nice and beautiful island. I would highly recommend to go to Elba and to Tre Acque '
