Cottages in Toscane

'The property has beautiful views and a peaceful, remote location. It is well equipped for cooking meals and they conveniently provide a starter supply of necessities (kitchen spices, hand soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc.). The property owner, as well as the local property manager, were both very responsive to our questions and the check in and out processes are simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'

Lucca is a beautiful and friendly town, nearby with the car. The village of Cerasomma is open and friendly too, with nice people in the local bar.'

'Wij verbleven een week in het knusse, gezellig en zorgvuldig ibgerichte huisje op het terrein van John en Dianna. Zij zijn een zeer attente gastheer en- vrouw. Wij konden, door het steeds beter wordende weer, gelukkig genieten van de mooie tuin, met diverse zon- en schaduwplekken en het fijne zwembad. De afgelegen ligging van het huisje maakte het geheel tot een zeer bijzondere ervaring. en de vakantieweek zeer geslaagd.'

'Neben der tollen Lage besticht das Haus vor allem durch seine Ausstattung (inkl. der bequemen Betten). Die sehr hilfsbereite und ortskundige Gastgeberin verschönert auch mit tollen Tipps eventuelle Regentage. Wir haben uns SEHR SEHR wohl gefühlt (und unser Hund auch!)'

'We had a wonderful stay at Noce cottage - it was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. The terrace was lovely with the most spectacular views. The pool was pristine. We visited nearby towns and sampled local wine plus visited Saturnia hot springs - a worthy day trip. Only 10 min to grocery store and hospital but a world away - like being back in time. The owner was communicative and offered great suggestions. This place is very special. We would highly recommend...

'Bijzonder prettig. Het huisje overtrof alle verwachtingen. Alleen maar lof. Tuin, badkamer, woon,/slaapkamer en de keuken waren alemaal prima. Er is niets op aan te merken.'

'We hebben over het algemeen een prima verblijf gehad. Wij hadden het middelste huisje met aan beide zijden dus buren. Door de zeer dunne wandjes was het wel gehorig. Het huis van binnen is gezellig, landelijk en wat betreft spullen goed ingericht. Wij zaten in een zeer warme periode en dan was het op de slaapkamer heel erg warm. Horren voor de ramen was wel fijn geweest. Het uitzicht is werkelijk fantastisch. Je hebt eigenlijk niet meer nodig. De gastheer is super vriendelijk, spreekt goed...

'We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Casa Metato. Het huisje is precies groot genoeg voor gezin van 4, maar vooral buiten is het prachtig met zwembad en jacuzzi met uitzicht op de bergen. Dank Gabriele en familie voor de ontvangst en gastvrijheid!'

'Wir verbrachten sehr schöne erholsame Ferien in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, mit einem riesigen eingezäunten Umschwung. Für uns und unseren Hund das Paradies. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.'

'Podere Sant’Angelo is how you imagine your perfect holiday home should look. Comfortable house, great view from your terrace, lots of interesting things to do and see. Graham, your host is kind, very helpful and also very knowledgeable about villages to visit and restaurants and shops to go to in the neighbourhood. This part of Tuscany is less known, and there are far less tourist than for instance Florence or Siena.'

'Was wat moeilijk te vinden, mede door wegafsluitingen. Beste is om gewoon naar dorp te rijden en pizzeria op te zoeken. Daar werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door Marco die ons naar het huisje gebracht heeft. De weg is wel een uitdaging. Huis is prachtig en heerlijk rustige omgeving.'

'Schönes Cottage mit Bergen im Hintergrund und einem großzügigen abgesperrten Garten mit großem freistehenden Pool. Super für Mensch und Hund. Eigene Torzufahrt in der Seitenstraße wo das eigene Auto direkt am Cottage abgestellt werden kann. Die Nebenhäuser auf dem selbigen Grundstück störten keineswegs. An der Einrichtung hat nichts gefehlt. Alles war vorhanden inklusive einer Erstausstattung. Die Klimaanlage kostet 5€/Tag. Der Kontakt zu Laura war problemlos. Sie war stets erreichbar und...

'We had a very nice vacation. Our host Laura had thought and taken care of everything. Nice, clean apartment with a private terrace and a lot of additional shared outdoor space with the pool. Situated in a stunning village, the only thing to be aware of is the short steep climb to get to/from the parking area to the apartment, but that is just part of the experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this.'
