'When we came to the 'reception' to gain access to the property, we were advised that the unit was not available because it had already been taken (?!) and we were being given a 'suite' in the same building as the reception. The problem was that this was nowhere near the sea. Rather than 20 steps, it was an hour's walk away on mean suburban roads largely without sidewalks. The switch in location also caused headaches for a taxi pick-up to the airport that had already been arranged for the...

'Het verblijf was goed.Ik wil wel vermelden dat wij hier hebben gezeten in de kerstperiode, waardoor wij wel verwarming nodig hadden, en die was niet helemaal optimaal. We hebben het huisje geboekt omdat er een open haard in zat. Maar die bleek helaas niet goed te werken, hij rookt als je geen raampje open zet. De communicatie met de contactpersoon is goed!'

'14 days of use of this beautiful location. The photos shown are as reality is. Every day it was breathtaking to look out over the Tuscan landscapes from the balcony. As for the service at both check-in and check-out as well as during the stay, this is done neatly! Very friendly people! We will definitely continue to recommend this accommodation to acquaintances and friends and who knows, we may return ourselves! Small point of attention. 'We had a very nice stay at Tre Acque. A perfect location and pretty house. It is very well equipped with everything you need. Our daughters ( 18, 21, 24 years) had each enough privacy as the rooms are spread out . The outside cold shower is very nice and convenient. The WiFi is good. The contact with the owner is quick and friendly. In summary a perfect stay on a very nice and beautiful island. I would highly recommend to go to Elba and to Tre Acque '
