'Un lugar muy lindo para quedarse. El departamento excelente y el aire acondicionado fue nuestra salvación para poder regresar a un lugar fresco después de estar todo el día a 37ºC. A parte de eso, está muy bien ubicado y es muy fácil tanto poder llegar al lugar como para poder visitar Florencia. La comunicación siempre fue buena y clara así que nuestra estancia estuvo excelente! Lo recomiendo muchísimo!'

'You absolutely cannot beat the location, it is walking distance to most of the major sights and to the train station. There's plenty of food options around as well. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths were wonderful too! While general sitting space is limited due to the size of the apartment, we didn't have an issue with this, most nights, we sat around the table just chatting about our day. 'This place is in a very good location and was clean. When we arrived, the man checking us in was more eager to get the tax money and a copy of our passport and then bolted out of there. He gave us no instructions whatsoever about anything in the apartment. The washing machine did not work,the microwave wasn’t working and only one burner on the stovewas operable. We also had to beg for more toilet paper as there’s really cheap tp-one roll barely lasted half a day. Really poor quality toilet...

'Third trip to Firenze, and this has to be among the best locations in town. Easy walking distance to everything, and on a nice, quiet side street. The mattress desperately needs an upgrade; but other than that; eccellente!'

'It was disappointing that I was charged 20 euro for arriving at 20:25. I know that the cut off time was 20:00, but I explained that there was a train issue. It then took them until 21:10 to arrive to let us in even though I told them that we would be there 30 minutes prior as they asked. The place is nice. The air conditioning is a little weak in the main bedroom. It works but takes a while to get cold. When we arrived there were only 2 towels for 4 people, the bathroom mirror was broken...
